Pascal started his career working as a student in clubs and restaurants. At the age of 25, he started his first business the “Vita”, a mixture between a pub and a club. Soon, this became the place to be in Zottegem for young, trendy people. In 2005, he sold the club, resumed his studies of business management/accountancy, and started his second company Poetshulp Z-O-Vlaanderen.
Poetshulp Z-O-Vlaanderen provided domestic cleaning services and an ironing shop. This company became one of the largest employers in the city and was sold to Helan VZW in 2021.
A third company, Padeco BV, was created in 2010. Real estate is the main activity for this company next to organising events.
Since 2012, Pascal divides his time between Belgium and Phuket, Thailand where he is active as a consultant.
